How do make my energy builder a mantain?

Hi,

All in the title, i don't like the toggle energy builder, is there any way to bind it like a toggle?

    Main Menu --> Options --> Controls --> Auto Attack (last option) set to "toggle, never cancel"

    please be careful using this option in team though your tank if you are DPS will hate you for it

    If you want it to work like an actual maintain where you have to hold it down there's an option for that as well in the same drop down.
