I was just in the game before heading back to work and I was making a new costume but when i got over to the screen to choose the diffrent costume peices my character's body was all messed up wider f face and talller than what she was before, plus all my scales not what the origional avatar was anyone else seen this issue?
This seems to be a bug that's appeared in the most recent patch.
Cryptic has finally fixed the costume editer bug which didn't return character proportions to the defaults if you switched back from custom body/face to the basic body/face interface, but since entering the tailor interface always seems to start you in the basic interface, now all your custom body/face settings switch to the defaults when you start editing a costume.
I've entered a ticket about the issue; hopefully it'll be fixed before too long! In the meantime, when editing a costume you need to switch "custom face" and "custom body" back on, and click "Undo" a couple of times to undo the changes that the tailor automatically made to your costume when you started editing it.
I've been having the problem that the 2 costume slots I've purchased recently, the costume doesn't save. I'll spend 20 minits making a costume, go to "Purchase" and nothing saves.
I duped a costume to it, changes 1 thing, and it saved. I load the costume i spent all the time making (from the save/load feature) and it wont save.
I've even tried to remake the costume from scratch and planned to pay the full price for the alteration, but it wont save in a c-store costume slot.
Actually, I'm not sure the tailor actually changes anything. To me it looks like entering the costume step, the avatar is stretched to be full available height so the selected options appear more clearly, but the actual height/appearance attributes in-game don't change.
Make sure that you always hit Undo under both of the costume slider areas each and every time you pass through them to get to editing your character - it's ALWAYS changing them when you pass it by.
Additionally, they still haven't changed the 'Female under Average Stance is drunk during Character Select and Costume Creator' issue.
We've found the bug and will be fixing it in an upcoming patch. In the meantime, yes, make sure you hit "Undo" before making any changes to your character.

I've been having a similar issue but it wasn't the new costume slots I bought from the C-Store. Given it did start happening after I bought them but it's actually the first costume slot you get that my changes won't save to.
And it's only on one character. It doesn't happen on any of my other characters oddly enough, but just this one and just that first slot. I can change his other costume slots with no problem, just not the first one.
I find it very odd. I /bugged it but that was the last I heard about it.

I want to also issue a bug on the costume editor, everytime i enter the tailor there is already a charge of up to 95 silver (or the second currency unit) and I havn't changed anything. Also note, I have tried pressing the 'undo' button at the start and the orriginal charge doesn't go away.

There are some costume parts/modifications/something that will cause a recurring charge in the costume creator every time you go into it. I just wish what the heck it was, as it's quite annoying.
I thought the initial charge was due to level increase. As you get higher in level there is a base cost for changing your costume. I could be completely wrong though as this is just a guess.
Thanks Daeke! Very good to know they've got this tracked down and slated for a fix.
One other thing I'd really like to make a strong suggestion for: Please, switch the default for the face and body back to the sliders rather than the presets! Or at least make it an option we can select in the Controls portion of the Options settings. Something like that. I never use presets -- I tweak every bit of my characters manually. But even if I -DID- use the presets to begin with, if I am going in to an existing character to edit, I'm likely going to want to adjust what's already there, not pick a totally new preset.
Please pass this along and get some consideration for this request. The option setting may be the optimal answer, I expect.

This has already been done for the Tailor, as a way to fix the bug from this thread.
