He be Cap'N Humpback me buck-o.
I made him very quickly , hes much much larger than our pal Orca, but has mostly the same features.
Instead of a killer whale/human hybrid, the Cap'n is part humpback or maybe Blue Whale. He is alot slower, but he makes up for lack of speed with muscle.
short history: He is the pirate captain of a submarine (the Remora), he travels the 7 seas attacking cargro ships, oil tankers etc. Then sells his spoils on the black market. I think off him as a nautical "king pin". he knows about alomost all wrong doing on the high seas.
features: he has one dead eye, but does not where a patch over it ( ill have to actually get a picture of him in game at the crime computer) I did some slide work to make one eye entirely closed (not shown in the attached image)
He doesnt have a large dorsal fin, but has large flippers. His crew tends to laugh at him behind his "hump"back. but if he found out about them cracking jokes, he would individually fire them out of the torpedo tubes.
He is more primative in structre: he only has 3 fingers on each hand, and barnacles growing on his shoulders.

here ya go , I wanted to show how his face looks up close. Some how I got outlines around his lips to show off is Whale sized mouth as well. The dead eye is what i think rlly give him character though.
