Simple Sience Question

Hello, I'm trying to craft Radioactive Projector, but it sais I need to learn "enhancements" and it's said that I can learn in from a trainer or found in the world. What is this and how do I learn it? (Becouse the trainers I've went to hasen't been able to learn me any enhancements)

    Enhancements are their own category to the right of the other tabs when you're learning blueprints from a trainer.
