Confused, how do I craft lvl 40 gear?

level 400 arms , alien metabolism crafter.


Nothing I can make is worth anything at level 40 (like i seriously cant craft anything for level 40 its all 30ish or below), but when I look at an unlearned skill from another school in arms (ordinance for example) I see one of the first things I can learn is some "communications visor diagram" with 65 endurance which looks like a reasonable number of endurance for a lvl 40 piece.


So why when I look at unlearned stuff from other schools does it look like its all set at lvl 40 stats but the one I actually skilled up to level 400 has nothing even close to that?

    Are you sure you are looking at the alien metabolism trainer and not the general trainer?
