Any word on a fix for enhancements that don't do anything?

Unless it was an undocumented fix in the most recent patch, I believe there are still some enhancements that say they do something (ie the Cyborg enhancement in Arms-Fighting Styles), but add absolutely no stats to the item whatsoever.
Is this part of the fix to what upgrades accept what enhancements, and working as intended, or is this a bug that is on the to-fix list? If the latter, is there an ETA on when we might see these enhancements become functional?
And if it's already been fixed, my bad for posting this. Been working too much overtime to really notice much beyond patch notes.
