To much, or just enough? Defiance!

Do the masses think, believe, assume it would be to much of a buff to Defiance to lower the stacking by a second each?

Rank 1: 4 seconds for 1 stack?
Rank 2: 3 seconds for 1 stack?
Rank 3: 2 second for 1 stack?

    Actually I'd like to see rank 3 just get a stack if you get hit and refresh? why not so many other skills are just on.

    I think people would whine that might based toons could just enrage all day long. I would like to see rank 3 give a stack every second as well.

    Then again it's not hard at all with enrage + roomsweeper + havoc stomp to keep a full stack of enrage for hours.

    Hope that doesn't get it nerfed....

    4, 3 ,2 sounds good to me. This defense needs help at low levels and this would go some towards doing that.
