Enhancements? where are they?

I have bought 2 or 3 get the message
"You have learned to develop Proton."

But at the table none of these enhancements are to be found on my list on the development side.


How exactly do these things work?

    they are addons to upgrades around the 280ish and above areas. You know the ones with the drop down menus and the slider bar.
