you can thank cryptic for taking away all of the enhancements from being available on most items, most of us maxed out crafters paid for them and now when i go to make a custom item 9/10 things are unusable... its awsome.
not to mention they nerfed the max on stats down to 67 from 70 which made no sense, *thumbs up* for retarded changes.

thats the easiest to max out
science items have +25 INT +18 END secondary slot items. thats more than 4 normal secondary slots all together.
try getting DEX EGO items.
I AM trying to build a LEGIT character when those will be FIXED.
