Semi-transparent map or HUD

I couldn't find this suggestion by searching this forum, so my apologies if someone's already posted this. Due to the nature of the travel powers in this game (needing to click spacebar repeatedly or T) and speed of travel, it would be great if he we had an additional semi-transparent map or HUD style map so that we could actually see both the map and where we're going at the same time. Examples of MMOs that I've seen using this are Starwars Galaxies and Aion. We're starting to see lots of positive UI changes, so hopefully this can be added soon as well. Thanks :)
