So some people tell me their mail is working fine, some says it's F'd. Which is it? Personally I haven't been able to mail anything to my alts in like...2 weeks now, maybe 3. Am I just goofy and doing something wrong? It shows I have mail, but when I click on the inbox NOTHING is ever there. Someone please enlighten me on this, thank you!
How are you mailing? Are you using <charactername>@CyberWyld? That works for me. Even though I know I will get the mail on whatever character I am playing I use that form and it works fine it even shows up almost instantly. If you just use CyberWyld or @CyberWyld that might be the problem.
You include a subject and text in the message area. if you leave them blank it will fail almost 99.9% of the time.
I have wasted cheap times numerous times to prove this hypothesis To Theory of MAil Loss Relativity,
Items between toons for storage or better Build fits works. The items are easily deconstructed if needed or equipped.
Just have subject and Text
Subject: Arms, for Senshi
Text: Arms gear Bow Bro..
Simple and helps organize.. I place the name of the toon i want to get the item so i can sort thru my Stable or Pantheon of Toons during off peek mission adventure times.

Thanks for the reply, and yes I'm using the toon name @CyberWyld each time. Like I said it shows i have mail, even here on the forums/website is shows there is mail, but in game when I go to check it, NOTHING is ever in my inbox, on ANY toon. Currently I'm using the SG vault to transfer items.

I've been emailing stuff between characters with no loss of emails this week. I do take the time to add a legit sounding subject line and brief message. (I know they haven't acknowledged in game spam filtering but...) But it's worked great so far. I use the fully qualified email address for each character as well.
I have had no problems lately with the mail system. You have to go to a UNTIL unit to retrieve the mailed items, though you can read the letter/message portion from anywhere, anytime of course. Sent multiple items, crafted pieces, in a single mail. Sent entire batches of raw materials. No problems with any of them. I always just send to my general @name, not to a specific character.
