Currently, there are a lot of items being placed up for insane prices, like 1 tier 1 component I just saw for over 200G or a level 1 item I saw up for 99,999G 99N and 99L. These items are obviously not being placed up for the intent to sell but either to clutter up the system or use as an auxiliary banking system. A vendor fee is needed to curb some of these insane prices being put up, otherwise the market won't ever be able to get anywhere as it stands.
no they are placed to either have a gold seller buy it or its an alt that placed it to rebuy on there main or vice versa.
my guess is its how goldsellers actually sell there gold, the buyer places an item up for the amount of gold they bought and the goldseller then buys that item so the buyer gets the gold. its quite simple

Also, add the ability to filter things such as highest price to lowest price.
