Black Widow Gun Replacer

Maybe I am hallucinating, but a couple of years ago, when this game was in development, I thought I saw a Black Widow type of gun (with pistols mounted at the wrist). And no, I don't meant the ones for power armor. I mean like she has in the comics.

Are these in game, and if so, does anyone know how to get them? Thanks.

P.S.: I found the pic. Hopefully this isn't the stamina builder from power armor.

    Yep it is.

    Thats how the autocannon, and its animation, from Power Armor used to look deep back in closed beta, maybe even alpha.
