How can I find Alien Organic Axe 2

I know it's the level 13 mission in the desert called ColdHeart but unfortunately I missed it, is there another way to get it?

I have Alien Organic Axe 1, but would prefer style 2

    New Info:

    I bought ColdHeart from the AH and it didn't unlock the axe. I'm a duial blade, but the power replacer is a single blade unlock. Is that the reason? If so, there there a way to unlock style 2 for dual blade?

    Just got that skin form a lvl 32 mish in Canada. Iv done every mish before that as well so i guess ur stuck waiting till lvl 32
