The heat feels good on the skin. The sand may be a bit abrasive, but the warmth is well worth the time spent here.

*An Irriadiate limps forward as his hands begin to glow green, clenching its teeth at the coming dustcloud, then from that same dustcloud comes an arc of electricity splitting the Irradiate in two. A second passes and the source of the dustcloud (and the electricity) blurs by the once whole Irradiate. Seconds pass and the dustcloud finally catches up only to be dispersed by a sonic boom.*

Deep green eyes scan ahead as the day shifts to night in moments under the "Burnside" arch. She stops near Witchcrafts projection and silently waits. Her light blue hair up in a tight, neat bun. Her eyes still scanning, she pulls her special conductive metallic gloves tighter around her hands and kneels down checking a small time peice attached to her belt.

"Six seconds." She murmurs to herself and looks up to the sky in the direction of Project Greenskin watching for the ivory color and listening for the familiar flap of her best friends wings. Her lightblue metallic shoulder armor glimmering in the eerie and un-natural twilight that the haunted Burnside produces. In the sky above Project Greenskin a magnificent ivory colored wingspan eclipses the sun and swoops forward headed for Witchcraft's projection.

"She is always there before I can get off of that Jet..." Xinthus tightens his bracers as he soars over the constant struggle of PRIMUS and Irradiates in Burning Sands, flying low at one point to help a fallen soldier to his feet and heal a desperate Champion as he fought a line of Irradiates barreling through a PRIMUS Checkpoint.

Moments pass, and she glances at her timepiece for a third time watching the skies, and narrows her eyes as she sees Xinthus just coming up over the Burnside Arch. She smiles radiantly as he approaches
"Hey you!" she says cheerfully.
Xinthus sighs and says "You beat me again." and chuckles lightly.
"You know I don't like wasting time Xin. Besides, what If I missed something hmm?" She smirks
"Out here? Who cares, this place is horrible, the dust, the sand, the stifling heat. I would be better off in the snow, in Canada. Where it's pretty...like you." Xinthus suggests with a grin.
"You really are working hard for another kiss aren't you Xin." Smiles innocently standing up and looking down to the now grounded Xinthus who is about a head shorter than her.
"I wouldn't say that, it WAS good, I wouldn't mind anotherone though. I mean, it was mainly for you anyway..." he pleaded.
"Mhm, I know, I know. Now isn't the time though Xin." she says as moves her gaze torwards the statues towering over the desert on the horizon.
"There is no better time then the present! You said that to me once." Xin grins approvingly.
She thinks about that for a moment and gets a cheesy grin on her face and shoots a glance to Xin before leaning down and pressing her lips to his forehead for his re-assurance.
"There will be a time and place, now isn't it Xin." She says with a half serious smirk
"Yeah but what abo-" before he could finish a sonic boom erupted before him and she was on the move.
He sighed and shook what sand he could from his fur, spread his wings and lept into flight after her.

She ran with the grace and precision of a feline, but was far faster than any could dream to be. At times she would move so fast that she would just traverse from one point to another almost instantaniously. She loved the thrill of the speed at which she was capable, and wouldn't trade it for the world. She figured since she had it, why not use it for something worth while. After a few moments the blue star on her chest lit up and a communication link was established, it was Defender.

"Lady Bluestar."
"Bluestar, go ahead."
"Bluestar, Blackout is expecting you, keep your guard up and watch for a trap."
"I'm on it Defender, Bluestar out."

The illumination from her chest insignia ceased and she continued speeding along the dusty winding trails, at one point running vertically up a plateau to cut more time. Leaping off of the other side, she saw the door that would lead her to her nemesis, Blackout, and her eyes began to arc with electricity as she hit the ground running.

"Showtime..." she murmured to herself approaching the door...
