does anyone know of any items that bear the atomic enhancement for reduced cost on AOE powers ?

    There are at least 2 (probably 3) cost discount prefixes.

    Atomic can be found on 2ndary Offense and can probably minor on a primary offense.
    Primal can be found on a primary offense as a minor and can probably also be found on a 2ndary offense.

    The crafted versions do not seem to work, but you can pick them up off the ground from random drops.
