Don't know where else to post this, but can someone make/sell me one of each?

    They are Bind on Pickup, so they can not be traded.

    You'll have to switch to a Science specialization and make them yourself if you want them.

    but can I make a new toon and make it and then send it to my other character?

    Nope, Bind limits an item to that character alone.

    If you want those devices on a character, you have to do some Science crafting on that character. You may have a very tiny chance for a drop, but they are rare even in the tutorial & Desert Crisis (and the dropped versions are still BoP).

    Radiating Miasma are worthless anyways, since they changed it from a 100% resistance nerf aura to a ridiculously low sonic damage pulse.

    how will my lv35 ever find the items to start a new craft build?

    getting it so high will be troublesome...

    but thanks all for the info. I guess I will try to get it as a drop from the desert Crisis.


    btw is the mutagen from crafting the same thing as the drop? and are they one use only?

    Good luck getting your lvl 35 character into the Desert Crisis itself, since you've probably already completed the crisis zones already with that character.

    Yeah, it's the same still - 100% increased damage after 2.5 seconds active.

    The Miasma was reduced to worthlessness though.

    Miasma is even more worthless now, it's now a 25 damage a tick aura with no resistance debuff at all.
