Item Drop?

So i use to have a munitions character and when the free retcon came out i switched to electric. When i was still munitions i found power replacers for munitions such as Gatling Pistol, A4 JACKHAMMER Etc. Now that i switched to electric, i have not been able to find ANY power replacers for munitions. (Farmed in same spots for over 2hrs)

My question: Does changing my class affect the item drops? Or perhaps crafting specialisation switching?
