WHat am I doing wrong in learning a blueprint?

I have the Blueprint [Dimensional Alliance Imbuement] and when I try the following happens:

"BInd Item"

"If you equip Dimensional Alliance Imbuement you won't be able to trade it. Continue?"

I select OK I get the following message:

"Only upgrades can go there"

I have tried this on two separate super heroes, both with 400 mysticism (the requirement to learn the blueprint).

I am specialized in Avatar on both super heroes.

For science on my other super hero I have gotten a couple of things to learn and have always right clicked and been able to learn them. So I opened a ticket and got the following response:

"We have reviewed the Mystical Blueprint issue that you described and have confirmed that it is working correctly."

What is the deal then? I am very confused and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

If that's the 400 skill Mysticism blueprint that drops from Elder Worms, it's bugged. I got it, a friend got it, two SG members got it, doesn't work for any of us.

That reply is probably a copy-paste.

Heh, that reply is a lying sack of weasels. Some of the blueprints you find don't work, possibly because they're equips? The Gravitic Teleporter? is another.

Yes, so constructive. How about telling me equip where instead of that vitriol? It does not go where devices go:

    "Only devices can go there"

    Primary slots (ALL):
    "Only upgrades can go there"

    Secondary Slots (ALL):
    "Only upgrades can go there"

So unless there is a slot I am missing, it is not equippable.

Again, right clicking and double clicking are treating the blueprint as an equipable item, not a learned mysticism skill. Is this bugged then?

I even tried dragging the blueprint onto my R&D development tab, again said only upgrades can go there.

    Anyone else have an idea?

    EDIT:
I also checked to ensure I did not already have a similar blueprint. My one character only has a single damage/healing potion.

It is bugged if that's how it behaves when you double-click it using a character with 400 Mysticism.

It could be, or he could be trying to learn a blueprint for the wrong spec school of mysticism..... thats what happened to me with a scroll I have, I was wondering what was going on then looked and found out I was avatars and the blueprint was for spells.

Thanks for this reply. Where is this indicated, the type the blueprint was meant for?

The only requirement I see is in the top right corner which is Mysticism (400).
