Follow camera won't work

On my very first character I made (and still have) the follow camera option worked fine. But now every time I make a new character after, the follow camera option won't work. Yes I am setting it in options, but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

    I will look in to this for you if you could possibly give some more details on this issue?

    In the options menu, I set the camera to "follow target". But it -will not- work at all on any accounts except my first character/hero. Not sure what else I can give.

    I am having the same problem. I just got on to Champions after the patch and no matter what I do I can not get the camera to swivel or face any way other than straight ahead. I have to use Q and E to rotate my focal point. This just started with the new patch, it worked just fine before I downloaded the new patch.
