Crafting Level Requirement

I've said it before, and i'll say it again: It's a poorly designed to force us to wait 4+ levels before we can learn the next 'bump' in crafting. This is before they "quadrupled" the drop rates for items, too.


I'd like to be able to craft again, please. Drop the required level by 5 levels or so.
