OK, didn't se anything specifically on this topic, maybe didn't look hard enough. So apologies if that was the case.
I have a toon who is level 38 currently, skill 400 Mysticism/Avatars. I have a number of enhanceable items that are level 38 (375+ skill required I beleive)
I have hundreds of every single mat for that tier of crafting. literally. Except Blood of the dragon, which I only have a few dozen of. I can make any non-enhanceable product, even skill 400 items which are above the stuff I'm trying to make, easily.
Whenever I try to make any of the level 38 crafting items, it tells me "select an enhancement to see what mats are required" But it wil not let me click on any enhancement. And in case this is some sort of limitation thing...I have every single enhancement possible, regardless of whether it's a stat I use or not. NONE of them are selectable. ANy ideas? Is this a bug or am I doing something stupidly wrong?
Just so I'm clear; when you say you "select an enhancement", do you mean that you have selected an enhanceable blueprint (listed in italics) at a crafting point, and the Minor & Major enhancement drop down boxes won't let you select any of the enhancements you have purchased?
What about the rarity slider, does that do anything (increasing the defenses usually)?
I know some enhanceable items only have a minor slot (and possibly some only have a major slot), but if you can't select either dropdown box on an enhanceable blueprint, then yes it is a bug.
EDIT: Having read the thread that was below this (that'll teach me to read things in order!) it seems that enhancements are restricted by category now e.g. +int enhances only work for a minor utility enhanceable blueprint. That example may be wrong, but effectively you should see a much smaller list of enhancements than you did before and possibly be unable to add both or either of your superstats to each category of item, however you should still see some enhancements available.
I am 400 ARMS with every recipe trained but I can only craft a hand full of items. Before the 9/22 patch I had such a long list in minors/majors I had to scroll down, not now though.
i have this problem also... its not the fact that theres less stuff to choose from now its that the small list thats there is broke. I cant seem to select any of the enhancements from the pull down menu. Its unselectable.
You need to hover a bit to the left of the enhancement name in the selection drop down list, than it will highlight a small underscore beside the name.
It was mentioned somewhere in the forums (from a dev) that the textfocus is a bit out of wack.

You know, I swear I tried that before and it didn't work...but tried it now and iot does. SO, I'm stupid. But at leasty I can make upgrades again.
