crafting question...

So forgive me if this is oft asked, but, if I have 3 toons and each does a different craft, can they swap all the stuff they make. or is the best stuff bop?

I ask this for various reasons, obviously part of it is I would like to be able to cover all 3 crafts with 3 toons and not have to worry that it isnt the perfect craft for that particular toon but I'll be able to get gear from the alts who do the other crafts, etc.

I can't seem to find a definitive answer... but maybe I didnt look hard enough
