Am I making a mistake here?
There was nothing in the patch notes about item defenses.
However i logged in to my tutorial character and found that some of the secondary items aren't even giving 1.0 defenses. Its like, 0.65 or something, whereas before I could have swore it was higher.
What was the point in minorly lowering enemy damage if they were going to majorly reduce item defense?
