Enhancement

Ok, I have Skill 271,

I have bought every Science Blueprint I have found, including all Enhancements, but I still see no where to use them.

No Drop Downs, no nothing when do you see these?

    You can use them with the special craftable items. Their name is listed in italics when you are in crafting screen.

    The enhancements can only be used on blank items. When you mouseover the tooltip for these items, you will only see defense values. So when you select them to craft them, primary items will have a major and minor enhancement while secondary will only have a minor.
