Are there other items like Feline Metabolic Serum?

I'm just wondering because I have it, and love it. But I made a new character and I can't remember what mission offers this item. And I'd like to know if there are other items.

    Feline Metabolic Serum is from a mission in Canada to kill that cat lady person. Only you don't kill her she surrenders, its the one where you have to kill that ninja black-mist. I'm pretty sure that you get it from the hunter patriot lt's.

    Its one of the first you get right after the crisis. You many have to do the quest to recover the 5 wire taps first, though that may be the incorrect line i haven't done it in awhile :). Case in point if you come out of the crisis and just do missions in Canada you will very quickly get a mission to beat up a hunter patriot lt and at about half health he will surrender and give you two more missions. One of them being the one you are after.

    The name of the mission is Trust No One. You get it from the hunter patriot you have to stun.
