Best Crafting Profession for END/PRE?

I have a build in mind and plan on selecting END/PRE as my superstats and want to focus on REC as my third stat...

I am currently 400 mysticism which is fine to craft PRE and END gear for the most part. The only thing that I do not have access to within mysticism is enhancements with both PRE/REC or END/REC on them.

Does science offer any combos like this through enhancements?

I am having a hard time finding items with PRE/REC on them to help increase my REC stat...

    I believe Mysticism will be the only place you can find decent PRE at all actually.
