No Arms caches in UNITY missions?

I've been doing UNITY missions everyday for about two weeks now and I can only recall seeing Arms caches in two instances, one of which had maharaharahahahrah discipline and primus arms components which are for 200-300 skill range I believe? The Arms crates have a glowing green stripe around in these instances and are supposed to have high level components i.e. Questionite and such.
I see mystic obelisks all the time though and I run across a few Qliphotic tears every now and then but no arms, I don't even know what the science ones look like. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just unlucky? Maybe there's a bug and arms stacks are not spawning?
