Won't let me train past 200 in Science..! Help pls

I have currently 200 in Science. I used the table, it says skill maxed, talk to trainer. The trainer has increase cap by 100, but it's grayed out. I can't improve my skill, and the game won't let me train higher. I have the skill number, money, and lvl required, what gives? Should I petition this in game?

    Are you sure you are the right level? The trainer sells unlocks for each tier, and going to the 200-300 level tier requires level 21.

    I have the same problem. I'm lvl 30, skill is stuck at 206 and all skill up purchase options are greyed out at the trainer. Plenty of money also.

    If you are at 206 and lvl 30, your skill cap should be 300. You will not be able to unlock up to 400 until you are 31 and have at least 290 skill points.

    If you are stuck at 206, you may want to send in a bug report.

    I never purchased the skill cap that allows leveling past 200. That item is greyed out on the vendor. I have bugged it though.

    It does sound like a bug if you are at 206 and never purchased the skill.
