Slight Insights

I'm currently level 19 on my arms crafting character and my skill is maxed out at 200. To get the conversion recipes I need slight insights and haven't had any luck breaking down the low level items I've crafted to get them.

Do I need to farm low level enemies for drops and hope that they break down into insights?

What recipes should I craft to try to get the slight insights?
