Permanently lost costume pieces?

To late I noticed that some of the quest rewards are power replacers and give costume pieces as I had apparently deleted a couple 
. After noticing I thought I'd just level another character and send the items over to the first. Unfortunately, literally the day after noticing, the patch came out that automatically bound these items on pick-up (presumably to prevent just what happened to me). I cannot delete my character and start over because the same patch gave him the free retcon which I don't want to lose. Is there any way to recollect the same costume pieces in game, maybe craft them? Hopefully the pieces are useless to me but if they do something like complete a perk based on getting costumes it will be much more annoying than it is. Thank you.
