BUG - Crafted costume items losing the costume part when transferred

I have a Science crafter and made my archer the Assassin Bow and PSI Recurve bow both said costume piece in the description when I made them and from the blueprint says bind on equip

I tried both the SG bank and mailing them to my archer and the costume piece description disappears when I switch toons to retrieve them - I check the tailor and these are not options for me to choose int he weapons section.

    I know I sent my archer the PSI Recurve bow to unlock the recurve. It was before the most recent patch, but I used the UNITY mail system. I think there may be multiple items that unlock the same piece out there, so if you've already got the recurve bow as an option on the archer, then the item no longer unlocks a costume piece for them.

    I have the howling recurve from an early quest but that does not explaint he assassins bow. I tried both mail and bank
