"Inborn Tenacity" Best Buy pre-order item broken

This item is supposed to increase your physical defense. I checked my character stats screen, and it is not increasing my physical defense when I equip the item. I submitted a ticket, and the GM told me to either zone or log out and log back in, and I will see my physical defense update to the correct number. I tried this, and that still did not work.

Can someone please tell us if this item is broken, or is the UI just broken because it's not showing the proper physical defense increase? If it's the UI that's broken, can you please fix it so it will update properly when we equip the item?

It directly increases Resistance, not Physical Defense.

You also don't see an increase in Physical (or Energy) Defense when you have Defiance or Invulnerability slotted.
