Trading looted schematics

Hi there fellow champions. I have come into possession of two (count) two looted schematics for what appears to be devices. I am told one is bugged atm so nm on it.

it is a science(330) oriented schem that reads

"This point blank AOE attack pummels undead targets
with dimensional energy for massive irresistible
dimensional damage, as well as briefly stunning all foes."

its min level is 33.

Now in return I am looking for an arms oriented looted schem around that area of expertise.

    I haven't found any lootable schematic yet... are they high level onlY?

    Rare random drops, most do seemt to be Skill 250+ (and consequently the items made are level 25+).
