I'm lvl 35. As i said, 400 spec in arm/ma.
I can, at this moment, create my own, custom enhancments. I've bought all the blueprints i can get without great insights. I have, as far as i can tell, all enhancent BP's as well.
I can, craft custom gear, lvl 31, for all primany/secondary gear slots. (off/def/uit)
I what would be good gear to make for a Might spec build. I'm looking to tank. I'm hording salavage for lvl 38, when i can make high end custom gear. My superstats are Str/Con.
Should i stick with Stat gear... what about the specals that give like 50% resistince to such and such? Are they worth it? Health back after defeat? Too many options, not enough salavge to craft it all... so any advice?
Also, how importent is Recovery? I'm trying to max out my STR to lift Titanic level stuff, have very high con for dmg bonus and HP. I try and gear up my endurance were i can to use my high end powers, but i haven't got alot of gear bonuses left for recovery, and i'm wondering if it's worth trying to fit recovery bonuses in, or can i drop them, to get more STR, or would keeping Recovery be benefical?
thanks in advance!

The level 38 custom primary items (set at 'blue' rarity) can give +57 to a single stat or +30/+30 to two stats. The minor bonus can be +17 for a single, +10/+10 for dual, and +7/+7/+7 for triple stats. The combination of stats you can make will obviously be limited by whatever enhancements were available within your chosen branch.
Overall you have 3 major slots and 9 minor slots (3 primary items with 1 major + 1 minor each and 6 secondary items with 1 minor each).
My superstats are CON/PRE and I further boost END/REC. I went with +30/+30 CON/PRE for all 3 of my majors and for my minors I went with 5 END and 4 REC bonuses (each +17).
This ended up netting me +90 to each super stat, +85 to END, and +68 to REC. Add that to the built-in bonuses for superstats and talents (I choose the +5/+5 talents mixing CON/PRE/END/REC) and I ended up with (what I feel) are pretty good stats. I have 190ish for both superstats and 100-110 REC/END at level 38 currently.
I may play around with making a few non-stat items to mix in with situational builds, but for now this seems to work.
Sure they unlock costume pieces, but who wants to devote 78 rares on something that you know nothing about (ie: what it looks like).
Indeed it is, especially since customized gear is IMO far superior to pretty much any other gear in the game with the exception of some endgame gear, but it's almost impossible to get the actual stats you want on that. Why would I want to have 100 total points spread across like 5 stats when I only need to boost 3 or so stats anyway? The customized items are great in this respect, since you can put everything where you want it (within the limitations of your school).
