Moving/Hiding interface elements

This may have been asked but my search was fruitless.

Is there a way to move, hide and/or minimize interface elements other than the chat window? (Such as the name plates, mini-map, etc.)

    You can move them by going to the main menu (top left of the minimap) and choosing "Rearrange." You can also resize some of them. I don't think you can close/remove windows completely, but maybe you can resize them down to almost nothing.

    f12 is bound to "Rearrange" at the start of the game too.
