PAX Action Figure ....

A friend of mine got me the action figure code from PAX. When I try to enter the code on the "enter key" system it says it is not a valid code. Is this the place to enter the key?

BTW, he says it is a "Retro Destroyer Action Figure"

Does anyone else have a code from PAX?

Yeah, I got it as well when I went to PAX... lucky I live a half hour from it, so when I went home and tried it, it didn't work. The next day when I went back they said they knew it didn't work (I'm assuming b/c someone else had already complained). He was sort of vague about if they were working on a fix for it or not, but hopefully so...

    Hmmmm .... a fix, eh?

I just tried it again. I get this error message "This key does not activate any known products."

They might have not added it to the system yet. Wait a couple days maybe.

Well, least now I know I will never get all of the action figures. :(

Maybe he told him "retro" when it was actually "destroid"?

I reported it to the CO representative on-site on Saturday morning as soon as the Exhibit Hall opened at 10am. It was the first he had heard of the problem. As I was reporting it another person happened to come up and verify that they had it fail for them too. The CO rep. took my name and email, and said he'd email me some information on the situation after he got back into the office this week. I have yet to hear from him.

Basically, this was another public relations blunder on CO's part.

Hmm... I told them as well on Saturday, but they didn't take any of my info. :(

Yeah, it might be. BUT I will say that they DO listen to us ... just hate seeing little stupid things hold them back like this. There is soooo much potential in this game and it seems common sense does run in the GMs. I mean they listened to the whole limited amount not limited time lifetime sub and the free retcon after headstart weekend major nerf, right? Proper planning would have avoided those issues but they did make things right (or will) for those affected.

Should we submit a bug or ticket about this somehow?

I agree with you, and I'd say probably submitting a ticket would be the right course of action.

    I submitted a ticket also.

I haven't heard back from the PR guy. I'm not holding my breath over that. In fact, I'll be pleasantly surprised if the guy actually gets back to me over this.

    You can either

    1) in-game use the selection on the HELP screen, or

    2) select SUPPORT on the left sidebar of the website, and look for the submit a new ticket option.

I know with the NY Comic Con beta codes there was an error where the code had the number 0 and the letter O and they were identical. The first 5 characters were the same and once you knew that then the code worked. Is this a similar issue?

Thanks for the tip. Just tried mine and it worked now too.

Also, I did not have any O (ohs) or 0 (zeros) in mine.
