Tell us right up front on the site when we can't log in!

Sorry, but I must be going mad here, because I can't log in to the game AGAIN, and AGAIN there's no sign of a reason why. The server is up according to the site and the launcher, yet when i get in it says "You are not allowed to log into this server at this time". There's nothing on the site to tell me WHY I can't log in. I really hate not knowing. Anyone else getting this problem?
