Some travel powers like teleport and swing need some kind of debuff in pvp. To many times have i seen both used as a get out of jail free card t. in a fight the other guy hits like 1/4 health and then poof escapes combat and by the time i get to him again he is 1/3 health and then once again i get him to like 1/4 poof again gone .
I suggest a debuff for pvp or a longer timer on it in pvp especially if you shoot them while they are coming out of phasing .
As for swing it seems that even in combat the speed can not be slowed down nor can they be knocked down or stoped yet any of the fly's or super speeds can be stop very easy. If there is a debuff on swing speed it dose not seem to be working right
