The block feedback effects have vanished, and I have no idea how to get them to come back. Please help.

    Ok, so after massive piles of testing, I can say the answer is under video, in the troubleshooting section, "GPU-Accelerated Particles" if this is set to on, you cannot see these effects. This setting auto populated, by the by.
