14 slot bag taking tier 4 resources?

Think this is a bug but wanted to check.

For arms specialty a 14 slot bag takes the following 8 yengato and 9 regor
16 slot bag takes 4 and 6

14 slot bags shouldn't even take tier 4 should they? Although i guess its definitely a bug that a 16 slot bag costs less to make then a 14.

    I would hope that's a bug, the mysticism 14 slotters take tier 3 resources.

    Should be fixed on the test shard.
