Chillbane Bow power replacer is a Laser Bow?

I just started crafting (Myst/ enchanted gear) & thought I would see what the chillbane power replacer looked like. Thinking since it was in the mysticism field it would go along with my deity theme. I was shocked when I went to the tailor & it it said I unlocked Laser Bow.
Laser Bow....nothing about ice or frost or chill....ok. so I put it on and go shoot some baddies. Boy was I shocked to find my mysticism chillbane bow turned out to be some hi-tech compound bow.
Are the power replacers in the different crafting areas supposed to at least loosely fit the theme? Is it a bug since Laser Bow is about as far you can get from a Cold themed bow? If this is supposed to be how it looks I'll just pretend that a PRIMUS guy gave it to him.
