So, Mentiac is supposed to have patterns that use these, I see none on him.
It would be nice to use the 1 I have so far(if its even enough) to buy a blueprint, or use in one or at least know what to do with it in general to start doing what they are supposed to.

Anyone else see anything on this yet?

    Blueprints using rare Tier 1 and 2 rare crafting mats aren't even in-game yet. I wouldn't expect to be able to use rare mats that can only be found doing UNITY missions at level 40 for some time. I have 3 at the moment, just storing them so I'll have a bunch when I can finally use them.

    just making sure, cuz they tell you to talk to mentiac right now for the blueprints, and of course, he has none lol
