Is there an unlock for Viper Power Armor?

I'm just wondering, and hopefully if the players don't know a dev will, but is there an unlock for the jetpacks that Viper Power Armor have? The kind with the big boxy air vents over the shoulders? I LOVE those armor pieces, and wanted to get them since before even alpha, but I don't recall ever seeing a item that gives them as an unlock.

    The boxes are actually micro missile launchers arnt they? Black Talon has them too.

    Doubt it. Unfortunately theres TONS of cool costume pieces used by NPCs in the game (even much more basic ones than this) that are not allowed for us to use. Its very annoying :(

    Anyone know if we can use NPC costume options for our nemesis?

    There are no additional costume pieces for nemeses above those available for champions.

    Not only that, but near as I can tell Nemesis costumes cannot even use pieces that the hero has unlocked, for example my Nemesis could not use the Retro Future gear we got from preordering.

    I would love to get my hands on those shoulder boxes. anyone gotten them somehow yet??
