Crafting at 300, am I missing something?

So, I just hit 300 in Arms: Alien Metab, and the merchant window for Alien Metabolisms is empty, while there are still bags, consumables, power replaces etc. to buy. I've bought exclusively from the crafting merchants surrounding the powerhouse in MC. Is there another, specialized trainer somewhere I need to see for 300+ alien metabolisms? Or, is that all there is?

    The Alien Metabolism specialist is placed with the generalist trainers in Ren C.
