"On Kill" items don't work right.

Health on kill and endurance on kill items don't work right. I currently have on "Hotsleep Fists" which offer 51 Health on kill and +7.6% End on kill. I also have Vampiric Vambraces that offer 49 HoK and Machine Scanners that offers +7.6% EoK. My total HP is 4268, and my total endurance is 214.

Now, what I expect to have happen is that when I kill someone, I gain 100HP (51+49), and 33 Endurance (214*.076*2). Instead, I get 45 HP and 16 END. Not only do the two effects not appear to stack, which is messed up, but the HP isn't right by any stretch, matching neither of the two descriptions.

I don't get this. They should stack, because by selecting those three items I'm passing over +Stat items that could work better for me. Also, EVEN STACKED their effect is fairly minimal. +100HP would only be +2.3% HP, meaning I'd need to kill 50 guys to refill my lifebar that way, and each person killed only returns as much endurance as a single shot of Ice Shards, so /yawn to that. Seriously, get this fixed guys, make them stackable, and probably raise the returns for both types of effects, especially HP, which should return AT LEAST 5-10% health per kill, per item with that effect.

I'll second this, they definitely do not stack at all. Tried with one end on kill and two and the results were the same.

Even worse is that crafted items with those attributes do nothing at all.

I can confirm this; I'm currently using a"Mechengine" Secondary Offense dropped item which has a described effect of returning 13% endurance on kill. it works perfectly; there's a snazzy blue glow around my character when I kill something, and the combat log shows the correct amount of Endurance being returned by the named effect.

I just crafted a blue quality "Machine Gadroon Infrared Pit Dossier", and when I equip it it does nothing at all. No visual effect, no endurance return on kill, nothing in the combat log.

    Very disappointing.
