Is OMEGA Crafting not in the game?

I talked to the vendor in UNITY who's supposed to have the recipes or whatever but he has nothing. And I can't find a crafting station to click on to actually make sutff.

Any idea? Do you need 400 crafting before something appears? Im at like 390 science.

    I've got 400 crafting and I see no special OMEGA crafting just the regular 400 ones in the specialty store. I keep getting these purple Qilphotic crafting items that can't be used for anything.

    The benches in the unity HQ don't do anything, and they guy the lass says to talk to doesn't sell recipes.

    Yet another unfinished feature methinks. At least we get to save our shards :P

    save those purple things Goug.. when they put the system in the game you'll need 'em
