LF UK / EU based "Medium sized" SG

Hey all,
I'm looking for a mainly EU based SG to play along with - im a "hardcore" PvP MMO player & up for both PvP and PvE.
I'm not too interested in "very large" groups, more the "Medium sized" type of group!
What Im looking for:
- Medium Sized group
- EU Based
- Has a ventrilo or Teamspeak or Mumble (or anything else along the lines of voice comms)
- Mature players (atleast 16+)
About me:
- From the UK
- 20 y/o
- Past MMO's include CoH/CoV, War, AoC, DF, planetside, PotBS, various others
- Past Guild leader, officer & Political Officer
