Command for saying a target's name?

I'm trying to re-use my keybinds from City of Heroes. I had set it up so that with a press of a button, my character would say something comic-bookish during fights. I'd then set it up to move to another file so that I could link 20+ phrases to 1 key.
It looks like a lot of the commands are the same here, such as bind_load_file and what not, but one thing is different which screws up my old binds.
I used to be able to use $target and the game would take the target's name and insert it into my character's speech bubble.
So for instance, I'd type "Take that, $target!" while targetting say, a hellion and my character would say "Take that, Hellion!"
What's the command equivalent for $target in Champions Online?
