Why can't I craft this item if it tells me I have all the mats

I hit 209 tonight in Science - Exposures and I purchased the Blueprint for the DNA/RNA Smoothie Catalyst (think that's right.

So the first thing the table says is that I need to know some Enhancements. They can be learned from Drops or Trainers, so I go to the general trainer and buy Forcefield and the Pre/Con Enhancement knowledge.

I return to the Table, choose the Catalyst, put the slider to Uncommon, Choose under Enhancement - Major the Pre/Con option and it shows me I need like 4 types on Components, all of which I have in abundance, but the button to craft is still grayed out saying I am missing components. I choose the sort option to show me only recipes that I have all components for and the catalyst still appears as craftable.

What am I missing? Do I have to be able to put Minor and Major Enhancements on the item to craft it? Because the trainer could only teach me Major blueprints.

Any help is appreciated.

You can place on major or only minor, you might just have been bugged? Try relogging and make sure to /bug it.

It's an issue with Science, you get a Primary base, which requires both a minor and a major enhancement, at Skill 205 and no minor enhancements until Skill 220.
